And because of this, it is forcing different generations, such as Gen X and even Baby Boomers, to consider something they haven't done out loud before: seeking healing for their trauma.
None of your YouTube settings, your favorite spiritual authors, or influencers are speaking to your specific issues. Everyone does what they can do to stay on their chosen pathway. For those that are seeking spirituality, there is no shortage of information that exists about the topic. But, do those issues address your specific issues? Your destructive flaws?

Our environments teach us that our experiences are typical and that spirituality and the universal can wait. It is a brief dabbling in the woo woo, or perhaps even something unnecessary.
Honestly, many organizations reject the idea of an empath coming into work in group clarity sessions with their creative teams. From an organizational perspective, spirituality is akin to religion, and they overly concern themselves with possible backlash. But, here’s what the average C-suite team is missing: intuitive coaching and spiritual guidance are the new normal, especially for millennials.
But the clarity, or enlightenment that we experience only benefits us if it leads to decisive action, and we utilize the tools we gain as a way of life. In my experience, we seek the spiritual journey when we are in trouble and are only looking for answers rather than a means to tap into our spiritual nature. In essence, when we get the answer, we seek or get a sense of validation for our circumstances; we run back to our ego state of being and resist our connection.
We want to be free in our choices before we even understand the energy of freedom. In this society we are taught that limits are what create not only order but also power, by default. Those that set the restrictions are the owners of choice and so we adopt this framework as an automatic response, even if it errs in nature.
For to truly be free, we must be free in thought, and in intention. This is how we move toward alignment and permeate the eternal frequency.
